Our FlexCD allows you to withdraw funds prior to maturity without penalty. We waive the early withdrawal penalty on our FlexCD after the first six days of the account term (or the first six days following any partial withdrawal) when you reinvest the amount withdrawn into a Commerce National Bank deposit account.
