William H. McAulay is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of McAulay & Wallace Mortuary, Inc., a family-operated funeral home which has served the Fullerton community since 1911. Mr. McAulay has served as a director of the Bank since its formation in 2003, and is a member of the Bank's Audit Committee, Loan Committee and Community Reinvestment Act/Compliance Committee.

Mr. McAulay's employment at the mortuary began in 1971 and, following the death of his father in 1974, he acquired the outstanding ownership shares in the mortuary. Mr. McAulay is the sole shareholder of the mortuary, which is headquartered in Fullerton with a branch location in Yorba Linda.

Mr. McAulay is a member and a former director of the Orange County Funeral Directors Association. He is a member of the California Funeral Directors Association and the National Funeral Directors Association.
