Steven L. Hollstein has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of the Bank since April 2003 and was appointed as a Director in January 2007. Mr. Hollstein is a member of the Bank's Asset Liability Committee, Loan Committee and Community Reinvestment Act/Compliance Committee.

Mr. Hollstein served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of CommerceWest Bank, N.A. in Newport Beach, California from July 2002 through March 2003, when he left to join Commerce National Bank. Before joining CommerceWest Bank, N.A., Mr. Hollstein served as a loan review and banking consultant from November 2001 to June 2002. From October 2000 to November 2001, he served as the proposed Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at eComm National Bank (In Organization), a proposed national bank in Irvine, California which did not open. Before joining eComm, Mr. Hollstein worked as a loan auditor and consultant from March 1999 to September 2000.

Mr. Hollstein served as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at Marine National Bank, Irvine, California from May 1987 to February 1999, leaving after the bank was sold to First Security Bank. From 1983 to 1987, Mr. Hollstein served as Executive Vice President and Senior Lending Officer at The Laguna Bank, N.A., Laguna Beach, California, and he served as Senior Vice President at Newport Harbor National Bank, Newport Beach, California, from 1982 to 1983. From 1975 to 1982, Mr. Hollstein served as Vice President and Manager at Sunwest Bank, Tustin, California. He began his banking career at Southern California 1st National Bank from 1972 to 1975.
